These are the rules for using Command Agentic.
1. What the service is
Command Agentic gives you a personal AI assistant (your "agent") with a private workspace: chat, notes, a kanban task board, files, a virtual PC, and a virtual desktop. Your agent is an AI — it does not have human judgment or infallibility.
2. Your account
- You provide a login. You are responsible for keeping your login and any password safe and for what happens under your account.
- Do not share your login or let someone else use your agent as you.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to: - Break the law, or encourage someone else to. - Store or transmit illegal material or content that harms others. - Try to access another customer's data, this service's internals, or attempt to compromise the infrastructure. - Use the service to misrepresent yourself or defraud others.
4. AI output is not professional advice
Your agent generates content from an AI model. It can make mistakes, sound confident while wrong, and is not a licensed professional (doctor, lawyer, accountant, engineer, inspector, etc.). For anything that poses real risk to you, your money, or others — verify with a human professional. You are responsible for decisions you make using the service.
5. Your data is yours, and is isolated
Your notes, files, and chats are private to you and are isolated from other customers (see the Privacy Policy). We do not sell or share your data. You can export and delete it anytime.
6. Cloud credentials
You may not use the service — and your agent will refuse — to store, accept, or assert standing access to your Google/Microsoft cloud account passwords, tokens, or API keys. Cloud documents are brought in only through the safe attach mechanism (local file or the Drive picker). We never want to hold your cloud credentials, and handing them to an AI agent would be unsafe for you.
7. Pricing & billing
- Your subscription/plan is shown at signup. Intro/friend pricing may be offered and expires as described.
- Payment is processed securely by a third-party processor; we never see your card number.
- You can stop using the service anytime. Cancel or expired accounts are handled per the plan terms.
8. Our right to protect everyone
If we detect abuse, attempted attack on the infrastructure, or a risk to any customer's data or to the service, we may suspend or terminate an account. If we suspect a compromised account, we may lock it to protect the data.
9. Disclaimers of warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT ITS AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR SUITABILITY FOR YOUR PURPOSES. BY USING IT YOU ACCEPT THAT AN AI ASSISTANT CAN ERR.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMAND AGENTIC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 30 DAYS (OR, IF YOU PAID NOTHING, TO $0). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR BUSINESS-LOSS DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT. THIS PROVISION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
11. Termination
You may stop using and delete your account+data anytime (see Privacy Policy). We may terminate access if you materially breach these terms.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
